Scott Dennis has been around boats and docks his entire life. He spent 10 years working and managing a 500 slip marina with boats up to 60ft. He is licenced and experienced moving boats all over the Great Lakes thru many different canal systems including the Trent Severn Waterway. He has captained some of the largest yachts toi go thru the system some being 70 ft plus.

In 2015 Scott Started Denland with a focus on decks and fences and backyard projects. that quickly changed to waterfront projects as he was able to bring his knowledge from his last job. He has over 20 years of experience in the marine industry.

In 2018, Denland got their first work boat and has been using that to make waterfront projects easier to complete in hard to reach areas and making delivery and installation of docks and boat lifts easier.

in 2019, Denland started building their own floating docks and delivering them all over Ontario with a few gone to New York state.

in 2021, Denland has partnered with a couple boat lift and dock manufacturers to expand the products and solutions that can be offered.
